• You will have Clare as your single point of contact from the first consultation through to the final walkthough and every question you may have in between.

• Clare can help you with layout designs, colour choices, product selection and has a full working knowledge of what is involved in a renovation by each trade. She will take you shopping to choose your products and tiles giving guidance along the way.

• Importantly, we don't take on too many jobs at once so you always have our undivided attention. You wont have days when there are no trades working at your house because we schedule our jobs carefully and our trades are always on time. 

• We can provide you with the individual name of each trade who will be working at your house because we don't sub-out any work out to large faceless companies. We know all our guys personally and can vouch for their trustworthiness and reliability.
